콩비지찌개 (Kongbiji jigae) weather: instead of soybeans I used flageolet, cooked with pork belly and kimchi. eat with 🍚...feels related to cassoulet and red beans & rice. I precooked the pork belly in the microwave then cut it up with scissors. One pot cooking with no cutting board. Puréed kimchi in blender.
