Right after working out for an hour, Fofo asks if we can do a finisher workout at the gym. To those that know how much of a “traydor” the assault bike is, you know that looks can be deceiving!!! To be honest, I wanted to back out 😅 but Fofo said, “No ka nang no dyan, di mo pa nga alam kung anong kaya mo dito sa bike na to?” 😂😂 oo nga naman!! My first “all out try” was at 250W but when I tried to really go for it, umabot ako ng 500W for one round 🥴 kaya naman pala, I was just holding myself back. #justneededapush #bettertogether #labyufofo 💜 PS my photo was RIGHT AFTER I did the finisher workout - I felt like jelly and apparently I looked like jelly 😂
