CHOCOLATE SUPERFOOD SMOOTHIE!

1 frozen banana (if bananas aren’t frozen use add 3 ice blocks)
1 cup of oat milk OR 1/2 cup oat milk 1/2 cup of water
(Blend now if you used ice blocks)
2 tbs gf oats
1 heaped tbs hemp hearts
1 heaped tbs chia seeds
1 heaped tbs collagen (I used @motherkindco )
1 heaped tbs of superfood protein mix (I used @soaringfreesuperfoods Awaken Chocolate Boost)
1 tbs almond butter (I used @ohmega_nutbutters )

Blend it all together and enjoy!

I find this smoothie quite filling since I started adding the oats, it definitely keeps me full for longer!
