The duo went on to became under 16 National Champions. He then moved up from junior sailing to compete in the single-handed Laser class and was selected for the RYA Olympic Development Squad. In the four years he spent with the team he was selected to represent Great Britain at three consecutive World Championships. At the end of 2013 he switched to the heavywight Finn dingy, becoming a rising star in class and training partner to the Olympic hopeful, Giles Scott during his campaign for Rio 2016. One of his career highlights racing in the boat was a gold medal win at the Finn World Cup Final in Santander. The AC36 in New Zealand will be Ben's first Cup campaign and he joins INEOS TEAM UK as a 'Rebel'; a full-time sailing intern immersed within and receiving support from the senior sailing team. #henrilloyd #sailing #athlete #americascup」1月21日 2時30分
