いきなりだけど、とんでもなく美味しいバスクチーズケーキなので行くべき‼️✨
⚠️今回お店で提供しているサイズより小さ目のサイズ⚠️

日本のバスクはクリームチーズが主なんですが、こちらのバスクはスペインバスク地方で生産される「イディアサバル」と言う羊の生乳で作られた少しクセのあるチーズで作られているんです😋
.
上の焦げ目のほろ苦さと、甘さ&とろみが絶妙なチーズケーキとのバランスが非常に良くここ最近食べたチーズケーキの中でBest3に入る美味しさ😭‼️

羊の生乳のチーズはクセがあるかと思いきやそこまで強くは感じなく食べやすい😋

チーズケーキ好きは勿論スイーツ好きは絶対一度行った方がいい‼️‼️

通常より小さいサイズですが、お店と全く変わらない美味しさだしこれは買うべき‼️
