It has been a hard year for any sport and all athletes to properly prepare let alone have the chance to compete! With the U.S. Championships being over for the senior-level athletes, I’d like to take the opportunity to explain more about my situation, as numerous people have reached out asking me how I am. Leading up to the U.S. Championships, I took all the precautions that were advised. On December 31, 2020, 11 days prior to my arrival in Las Vegas, I took a pre-U.S. Championships COVID-19 test. The results came back negative. I was happy and confident that all of the precautions I’d taken were paying off. On January 11, 2021, I arrived in Las Vegas to enter the U.S. Championships “bubble.” All athletes were required to take a COVID-19 test. I woke up and checked my results to find “COVID-19 detected.” At this time, I was very confused and wondered how this could be. I followed the protocols to leave the “bubble” safely to ensure I wouldn’t put any other athletes at risk. On January 13, 2021, I took another COVID-19 test, on my own, so I could gather a better understanding of what happened. The test results came back negative. I was advised by a local doctor to get one more test to see what the majority would be. On January 15, 2021, I took another COVID-19 test and the results were negative. The reason I am sharing this information is because COVID-19 can seem confusing. Nobody has the correct answer to this virus. We are all learning new information everyday. I would never want to put myself or other athletes in danger by me arriving in Las Vegas. I had an amazing season reaching so many of the goals I set for myself. I cannot wait to see what 2021 brings and would like to thank everyone for all the love and support I’ve received over the last week.❤️ -Paige」1月19日 10時21分 - paigerydberg

Hey everyone!

First off, I want to say congratulations to everyone who competed over the weekend.
