Move 2: Supine knee tucks with arm extension Works your: lower + upper back

Step 3.
Get that washing up bowl
Move 1: Tap-ups
Move 2: Side-to-side tap-ups
Works your: cardio fitness

Step 4.
Pull up a chair
Move 1: Chair-incline press-ups
Move 2: Chair-incline shoulder taps
Works your: upper body  

Step 5.
Pick up a 🍉 (or another weight)
Move 1: Jumping squats with crossover
