These 2 pictures are 5 months apart and shows the progress I’ve made so far. My journey back to finding my balance in my fitness journey hasn’t been easy. Two back injuries now and being pretty bed ridden for the healing process def has me in a funk but I’m not giving up. Taking it day by day.❤️🥲
