Arrowroot Biscuits/ plain cookies - 250g crushed in a food processor
Condensed Milk - 395g
Coconut - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/4 cup
Kahlua - 1/4 cup
Coconut for rolling - 1 cup

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well mixed. 2. Roll into one inch balls. 3. Roll in coconut or cocoa and pop on a tray. 4. Once all rolled pop in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up. Yum! 🍬” #catsofinstagram
