Speaking of which, I made mochi by hand for New Year's. I didn't know that mochi rice needs to be soaked in water for a day! Considering the hassle, I might as well buy mochi.そういえば正月は餅を手作りしてみた。餅米って１日水につけないとダメなの知らなかった！手間を考えると餅は買った方が良いかも。
