前幾天和一個朋友聊天，一直以來我都覺得他的狀況很好，工作很有能力也懂得享受生活，是個讓人覺得”他應該都過得很好吧”的朋友。直到我隨口問了他還好嗎才知道其實他過得不好，身為朋友的我感到有些慚愧。

Was chatting with a friend the other day. For the longest time I’d always think he was doing great, he’s very capable at work and knows how to enjoy life, he’s the kind of friend you’d just assume “Yeah he’s doing well”. It wasn’t until I randomly asked if he’s doing ok that I found out that he’s not well, and I felt somewhat ashamed as a friend.
