この度シアトルマリナーズの特任コーチに就任しました。
昨年末にオファーを頂き、感謝すると共に光栄に思い、有難くお受けする運びとなりました。
シアトルマリナーズの勝利の為、球界の更なる発展の為、アドバイスを求めてくれる後輩達の為にも、選手とはまた違う角度で野球を学んでいきたいと思います。

It is a huge honor to accept the role of Special Assignment Coach for Seattle Mariners.
I am also grateful and excited beyond measure to work again with the esteemed GM Jerry Depot and everyone at Mariners, and truly looking forward to the day of meeting my beloved fans in Seattle.
