3 tips for empaths during these times ✨
◽️Journal - when we keep in such painful thoughts it’s manifests into our physical reality, let it out on paper, feel it and release it ❤️
◽️Breath - I do breathwork with @revelationbreathwork I had the best session today and had a great nap after 😂 or even just use a timer and focus on your breath for 1-5 mins or google/YouTube works wonders.. There’s so much power in our breath and it’s a FREE resource we never utilise 😅
◽️have some alone time every day, whether it’s 5 mins for breathing, a bath, a book to dive into, yoga practise ANYTHING healthy that is just for you ✨
