This song is about three things.
1 - when we were starting the band Danny was smoking a joking one morning and asked if he wanted to go watch the Dalai Lama speak at the River Stage in Brisbane. He ended getting offered a seat up the front. Then he was called up on stage in front thousands of people to ask the Dalai Lama himself a question. No shit. There’s a DVD laying around somewhere from the day.
2 - Danny is from Coffs Harbour (home of the big banana)
