Loving yourself is not only about having a fit booty, six-pack abs, and perfect skin. I truly did not understand that before, and like a squirrel on its treadmill was trying to reach the "ideal," which is totally imaginary and fictional. We look at the pictures on Instagram and forget about reality. The art of self-love is about accepting yourself, with or without your "flaws." Lots of people were writing and telling me numerous amounts of compliments about how perfect I am, but this is far from the truth, and I've always been embarrassed even to say " thank you". Every time I tried to meet these criteria, not for myself, but for others, just in order to match myself with people's expectations.
Today I accept myself with all my strengths and weaknesses, and it does not matter whether someone likes it or not.

Любовь к себе заключается не только в наличии подтянутой попы , накаченного пресса и идеальной кожи. Я искренне не осознавала этого раньше и как загнанный кролик стремилась к идеалу , выдуманному и нарисованному. Мы смотрим картинки в Инстаграм и забываем про реальность. Искусство любви к себе заключается в его принятии , с изъянами и без . Мне писали и делали комплименты о том, что я идеальная, но это далеко не так и мне всегда было неловко ответить спасибо.
Я каждый раз пыталась соответствовать , но не для себя , а для других, чтобы оправдать их ожидания .
В сегодняшнем дне я принимаю себя со всеми своими минусами и плюсами и неважно , нравится это кому-то или нет.
