See inside the House's dedicated ateliers to uncover the #DiorSavoirFaire behind the new #DiorCaro shoulder bag from #DiorCruise 2021 by @MariaGraziaChiuri. With the design studio sketch as a guide, the smooth leather pieces are cut out and the geometric 'Cannage' effect realized in quilted form using around 18,000 stitches. Hand-painted edges, gold-leaf stamping and pocket application are followed by the '30 Montaigne' embossing before the body of the bag is finished and metal elements – including the signature 'CD' twist clasp and chain strap – are attached.
