朝からオフィスにいい香りが。
みかんの皮を薄く刻み、果汁やサクラエビを混ぜて炊き込んだ「みかんごはん」に、皆の心が奪われていました。

丸く握って、丸い豆皿に盛り、丸い盆に載せれば、冬の食卓がいっきに賑やかに。

装飾性の高い京焼清水焼の豆皿は、菊や梅、桔梗の花を模した華やかで上品な絵付け。
白地に細かな貫入が入っていて、使うほどに貫入に色が染み込んで味わい深い表情に育ちます。
