Ad Operation eat less meat is underway! My resolution this year is to double down on 2020's effort to reduce my impact on the environment, and that means a reduction in my meat consumption.

But I do enjoy meat, so for this recipe, I’m getting the best of both worlds and using @Nakedgloryuk's Quarter Pounders. They've blown my mind!

They have all the taste and texture of the real thing and even cook in the same way, so you don't have to alter your usual recipes to be better to the planet.

You can find the range in the plant-based section of most supermarkets and online. Give it a go.

(Side note, I used their Tasty Tenderstrips for Fajitas last night and I can confirm that they are incredible). #NakedGlory
