Renovation Emergency Fund
In my small booklet for renovation, I talked about the “10% Emergency Fund”. We use the word Contingency: a future event or circumstance which is possible but cannot be predicted with certainty. Especially in the renovation project, the conditions could be hidden behind the wall or in the ceiling and we need to repair, correct the situation under the current codes, etc.
The fund is effective for these emergencies. If you are lucky, you can use this money for a new dining set or pretty wallpaper! Planning is an important element of a successful renovation project!

リノベーション用の小さな小冊子で、「10％緊急基金」について話しました。コンティンジェンシーという言葉を使用します。これは、可能であるけれども確実に予測できない将来のイベントまたは状況を意味しています。特にリノベーションプロジェクトでは、壁の後ろや天井に状態が隠されている可能性があり、現在のコードの下で状況を修復、修正する必要が出る場合は数多くあります。基金はこれらの緊急事態に効果的です。運が良ければ、このお金を新しいダイニングセットやかわいい壁紙に使うことができます！計画は、改修プロジェクト成功への重要な要素です
