At Milk Makeup, we champion beauty for all. We believe in the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and are committed to being open with you on our journey to become a workplace where truly everyone can thrive. We also recognize that we will always have work to do.

This past June, we made 5 commitments as a team and shared them with our community along with a promise to begin work immediately and to provide an update on our progress by December 31, 2020, and every 6 months thereafter. This is where we are right now. It’s only the beginning of our progress, which will be an ongoing evolution for us.
