If you’d like to give it a try and prepare this mouthwatering matcha dessert at home, here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS
.
4 Egg yolks
60g Sugar
30g Water
4 Egg whites
40g Sugar
500g Mascarpone cheese
100g Heavy cream
250ml Water
5g Matcha
Lady fingers
.
DIRECTIONS:
.
1. Mix 5g matcha in hot water.
2. Put 60g sugar and 30g water in a pot and boil until it forms a bubble on the surface.
3. Combine 4 egg yolks and syrup and whip until it turns to ivory cream.
4. Add 500g mascarpone cheese in the egg yolk mix.
5. Combine 4 egg whites and 40g sugar to make meringue.
6. Mix half of the mascarpone and half of the meringue. Then add the rest of the meringue in the mix.
7. Dip lady fingers in the matcha liquid.
8. Put the soaked lady fingers on the bottom, cream on top. Repeat the same step for 2 times.
9. Sprinkle the matcha on top of the cake and put it in the refrigerator.
