I went to @tatras_conceptstore on Kotto-dori in Aoyama, which just opened on the 19th.
The store manager, Mr. Tamura, is a true customer service professional!
He was able to remember the model numbers, product names, product details, and prices of all the products in the store.

出演してくれた店長の田村さんは、本当に接客のプロ！
店内に置いてある商品の型番品名、商品詳細から値段の総てをそらで覚えてたことが
とにかく個人的には感動したの。
なにより自身が「tatrasファンです！」って誇りを持って言ってるところとか、もうすごい好き。
「この人から買いたい」って思わせる人がいるお店は、強い。安心感とか、信頼感とかが。
