What you need: 4 dl cream 100g butter 1 pack of saffron (around 0,5 g) 1 dl sugar 1/2 tsp salt 7 dl flour 3,5 tbsp baking powder For garnish (optional): 1 egg 1 tbsp suryp A little bit of water Sugar Do like this: Put the oven on 225 degrees celsius. Add cream in a bowl. Melt the butter, mix in the saffron (preferably grinded). Add sugar and salt, mix! Mix the flour and baking powder in a bowl. Mix it all together with the butter mix. Make it in to a dough! Split the dough in to 15 pieces and roll each of them out in to a "roll", and then roll them like the shape I made. Mix the egg with a fork, and add a little bit on every bun before going in to the oven. Put in the oven for about 10 minutes, they should get some color (but not too much!). Take out and let them cool! Mix the syrup and water, put it on the saffron buns and then roll them in sugar in a bowl. ENJOY!! 🥰」12月23日 3時36分
