It’s been steady and slowly moving through the seasons with me and always brought me comfort (except when it was late to bud this spring and I convinced myself for about a month that 2020 also killed my tree). I’m moving in with my love @joetipps, and it’s a first for me. I’m 41 and I have never lived with a partner. I like my space. I like my alone-ness. But then I also like learning how to share myself and my space with him. It’s bumpy at times. I get nervous. I contract. Sometimes I think the tree has died. But we just keep choosing to keep going. And oh my gosh come look...a precious bud. And another. And another. And before you know it, we are blooming into more of ourselves. I will miss you my tree keeper.
