詩歩さんのインスタグラム写真 - (詩歩Instagram)「\ ひがし伊豆の旅🚃 / 今回の旅でいちばん楽しみにしていた #多々戸浜！サーフィンで有名な海水浴場なのですが、端まで歩いていくと急にこんな洞窟のような穴が😳太平洋を独り占めできちゃう絶好のビュースポットです！実はここはかつて「石切場」だったそう。この伊豆全域では江戸時代頃から「伊豆石」が採石され、そのまま船で運ばれて江戸の街で使われたとか💡 伊豆石は数百万年前に海底火山の噴火で積もった火山灰や軽石で出来たのだそう。こういう地球の歴史はなし、好きなんだよな〜🌏 確かにかつて灰だったのが納得できるような灰色っぽくてサラサラした洞窟。かばんを地面においてたら真っ白になっちゃったのでご注意ください笑満潮や高潮の時はここまでの道のりが危ない可能性があります。歩きやすい靴でご注意してくださいね😊🌊 ▼ 伊豆急さんのお仕事で東伊豆をリポートしています！このTagをつけていくのでぜひみてね #shiho_izu This was the part of the trip I was looking forward to the most, #TatadoHama! This beach is famous for surfing, but as we walked to the edge, we suddenly saw this cave-like hole 😳 It's a great view spot where you can have the Pacific Ocean all to yourself! In fact, this used to be a "stone quarry". In this whole area of Izu, "Izu stone" was quarried from around the Edo period (1603-1868), and then transported by ship to be used in the city of Edo. The Izu stone was made from volcanic ash and pumice stone accumulated by underwater volcanic eruptions millions of years ago. I love this kind of history of the earth 🌏.The cave was so gray and silky that it made sense that it was once ash. I put my bag on the ground and it turned white, so be careful! When the tide is high, it can be dangerous to walk here.
