Happy Weekend all!
So today I’d like to share with you a great 6 minute Fat burning morning routine that I like to do.
The best thing about it is, you can do it anywhere and you don’t need any equipment!

Warm up:
15min Jog/10 min stretch.

4 exercises:

1-Push Up into T Rotation
2-Squat Jumps
3-Knee Tucks
4-Mountain Climbers

Perform each of the above 4 exercises in rotation for 30 seconds each, 3 times through.
