I am so thrilled to be a part of a new project between @savethechildren, @loropianaofficial and the artist @marie_watt_studio.

For this partnership, I was asked to donate a blanket. I chose my favorite yellow blanket that extended back three generations to my great-grandmother. I fell in love with this blanket the moment my mother cuddled me in it as a baby. The threads of this blanket have woven together hearts of love between the generations of the women in my family. My cat gave birth on this blanket and I like to think she found it a comforting place to give bring her kittens into the world, just like my mum did for me.

I'm proud to support this philanthropic effort, as for every year-end purchase made online and in-store in North America, Loro Piana will donate a blanket to Save The Children to help children in need this season.
