Savvy parents are turning to tech to help keep the magic alive, with 67% saying they have used it to show their child Father Christmas is real! 7 in 10 parents (of children aged 5-11👧🏼) have tracked Santa’s progress with an online tracker and 60% have arranged a special phone call. Nearly a quarter of parents (24%) have used smart technology such as indoor security cameras to show their children he’s real! I love it! . You know me, not super tech savvy😅! I wanted to see if this actually would be as easy as Hive make out. I thought I’d have to have help setting it all up (don’t judge me, I’m so rubbish at this kind of thing) but literally, you take the camera and sensor out the box, put it where you want it, plug it in, the app syncs it up and voila, it just works! Felt like a flipping tech genius haha! . We had such a hoot making a little video (it’s on my stories now!) for Pearlie (Darcy is 9 and ‘in on the secret’ now) and Liam got so into character, despite only needing his arm ❤️. She loves playing with my vlog cam so I think she’d be up for spotting Santa on a security camera! . We’ve decided we’re definitely going to do this on Christmas Eve and show her in the morning!
