今回、駒地シェフが訪ねたのは、神戸・六甲の弓削牧場。
大切に育てられた牛から生産される牛乳やチーズ、豊かな自然に育まれた有機野菜。
その経験とひらめきから、弓削牧場のチーズを味わっていただける小さなミニチュア牧場を作りました。
