He was first introduced to breaking at the age of seven by his sister @bgirl_ayane (a world-class dancer in her own right), and quickly started winning major competitions all over the world. Rather than using tactics and strategies to psych out his opponents, Shigekix relies on his confident personality, natural musicality, and high-level moves - he never takes his eyes off of the prize, and never lets anybody rattle him in a battle. Shigekix is an excellent role model for anybody struggling to balance their passions with school and work. Despite being a professional dancer, Shigekix consistently ranked at the top of his class in high school and stressed how important it was for him to maintain good grades even while traveling.
