Slow down it’s only Tuesday!
This is a great downdog variation I LOVE to stretch me out and slow me down.
Once in downdog take a deep bend in your right knee and drop left heel to the right. This will open up your hip and side body. Then turn gaze under left armpit for a greater stretch. Repeat other side.
I’m no yogi but I love learning new ways to recover and unwind.
(Also excuse mess in the background, this is what happens when it’s too windy to do yoga outside)
