The COVID-19 pandemic has brought with it a new set of challenges, increasing the risk of anxiety for many of us. If you feel overwhelmed, talk to a friend or someone you trust. Tell them about how you are feeling. Talking to someone can relieve some of the pressure you build up in your mind and help you break down how to solve problems causing or contributing to your anxiety. Remember that you can be an important support to someone feeling anxious too - try reaching out to someone this week.
