First off - HELLO DECEMBER - 24 days until CHRISTMASSSSSS AHHHHHHH!!! Ok now that I got that off my chest here’s a FULL BODY WORKOUT for you to save and try at home or at the gym! All you need is a set of dumbbells!

As much as I loveeee circuit training when I’m low on energy or training later in the day I prefer just focusing on form and compound movements and omitting anything that will get my heart rate too high. On days you’re just not feeling it - don’t skip it all together just shift your focus and attention and work on other things!

Aim for 4 sets of each with 60 seconds of rest in between :)

Slide 1: Reverse Lunge to Press x 12 each side
Slide 2: Kneel Thrust to Alternating Press x 15 reps
Slide 3: Squat to Press x 15 reps
Slide 4: Row to Fly x 12 reps
