Then we did DELTS: 1st exercise: seated barbell overhead press, 2 warm ups, 3 progressively heavier sets, last set - 30 reps: 2nd exercise: 3 sets heavy dumbbell side laterals, 3rd exercise: 3 sets heavy bent over dumbbell side laterals, 4th exercise: 3 sets heavy barbell upright rows (progressively heavier, but more weight meant more reps too, so we did 10,15 and 20). After that we did giant set rotation with 16 different exercises, some done as a drop sets...with total of 200 reps💪🏻).
