There’s a reason chefs easily become TV personalities...... because they are relatable, personable, and emotional artists. The conversation with @chef_aaronsanchez went so many cool directions away from cooking. (That’s why I put the second clip in!) But at the root of all of it was heart and art.

As I sit here with a friend, she said after listening she wants to go to one of his restaurants! That’s the kind of guy he is, he makes you feel comfortable.... like you want to drink some of his tequila with him. ☺️
