Mentally, physically and emotionally I’m in a completely different stage of life to the first lockdown at the start of this year. It’s been a rollercoaster several months to say the least but it finally feels like the loops and turns are over and now it’s just open track and stunning views all the way. Change can be a difficult thing to grasp, it can keep you awake at night, stress you out and make you feel like there’s nothing else that you can do or think about other than what concerns you most; rest assured that with focus, determination and time you can overcome anything. Start by being honest with yourself, express your emotions, recognise what heals you and what hurts you then you can identify and remove all negatives whilst introducing and increasing positive people, aspects and necessary items to your life. A lot of the time it’s the company that we keep which influences us most ; unhealthy unhappy and negative people will only ever hold you down and make life harder - the sooner you cut all ties to what is bad for you the higher you will fly.
