#throwback To spending 15 mins each morning meditating with Buddha. Ive always been a fan of a good stretch, deep breathing & meditation. I did it a lot when i was pregnant and I genuinely believe it’s what helped me stay calm when i was having Mia. One of my favourite Buddha quotes is “Serenity comes when you trade expectations for acceptance” ❤️
