昨年春、東京・丸の内にオープンしたL/UNIFORM 日本初の旗艦店 L/UNIFORM TOKYOは、多種多様なアイテムが無数の引き出しに収納された博物館の保管庫や “Cabinet of Wonders（驚異の部屋：中近世ヨーロッパの王侯貴族の博物保管室兼展示室）”をコンセプトに、好奇心を駆り立てる場を追求した空間。カスタマイズによって常に新たな表情が生み出される様子を ”ラボラトリー” に見立てています。

L/UNIFORM TOKYO
L/UNIFORM TOKYO is the brand’s first flagship store in Japan that opened in Tokyo’s Marunouchi district in Spring 2019. The store was designed to evoke a sense of curiosity through a concept based on museum vaults that contain a variety of items in countless drawers and the “Cabinet of Wonders” (rooms created by scholars and the nobility in Europe during the Middle Ages and the Early Modern Period to store and exhibit objects of curiosity). Items are given new expressions every day with a monogramming service, and we interpreted this ceaseless activity as a “laboratory” in our store design.
