Father Christmas will call you from his cosy Edwardian cottage here at the museum – he’s sure to know a few things about your children already, as he checks his naughty or nice list! Bookings for these video calls will be available on our website from 10am tomorrow (Tuesday, 24th November 2020). We’re also planning to hold Christmas festivities at the museum during December, including traditional decorations, festive food, Edwardian stalls and a visit to Father Christmas in The Pit Village. This depends on government COVID-19 restrictions, which we are closely monitoring and we will let you all know as soon as we have further information about the coronavirus guidance.
