“Konoyamiwoterasu Hikarinomukouni” was my 5th single and the title means “Beyond the light in the darkness”.

This song was also selected for the theme song for nationally televised TV drama “Shikakutantei Higurashitabito”.

This drama is about a detective who lost all the senses except for the eye site and the detective has a special power to see what ordinary people can not see to solve crimes.

This song was co-written with “Sukima Switch” who are very popular male duo in Japan.

Even though they have much longer career and much higher popularity than myself, I am thankful that they were kind enough to work with me on an equal footing.

I was able to learn many valuable things from their professional attitudes.

This song sings about how import it is to “ Love yourself”, “Trust Yourself”, “Believe in Yourself”, “Never give up Hope”, and “Seek help when needed”.

I would like to thank everyone who took part in this project.

ドラマ『視覚探偵日暮旅人』主題歌

闇にうずくまって動けなくなったときは、差し伸べられた手に気づけなくなってしまいます。心を閉さずに自分自身を愛して、希望を信じてほしいという気持ちをこの歌に込めています。

スキマスイッチの大橋さん、常田さんと共作させて頂きました。まだ19歳だった未熟な私にいろんなことを教えてくれました。初めてお会いした時に『年齢や活動歴は取っ払って良い曲を書くために同じステージに立って制作しよう』と言葉をかけて頂き、その心の広さとプロフェッショナルな姿勢に感銘を受けました。この楽曲のプロジェクトに関わってくれた全ての方に感謝しております。
