Prints with a Past:
Launched in 1984, Mr Jones is a classic geometric design with historic influence. First launched by Laura Ashley herself, it became one of her most popular designs.
The print was inspired by and named after a mid-19th century design by architect and artist Owen Jones and was produced as a homage to his work.
The print has been used across many different product categories, from dining ranges, fabrics, wallpaper and tiles.
In 2013 Mr Jones was relaunched in new colourways as part of the company’s 60th anniversary collection.
