I’m having fun lately naming a theme for each week. A specific field to improve or learn from. It’s also good to get out of monotony and make the week more interesting. Today we start THE WEEK OF THE INSPIRATION. For @artswimusa, one of the reasons why we want to swim is to grow, but also to inspire others, and we found that innovating was one of the big ways to do so. Personally I think we get inspired when we see somebody crossing boundaries, passing limits, changing the game. I always wanted to be one of these inspiring people, so my main motivation is to do it as a team: create new paradigms in our sport and bigger than that, to approach life differently using the tool of #artisticswimming. I asked the swimmers to send me anything that inspired them and I will use it for the hardest day of the week, to find more reasons to push harder.
