This is one of the three olives varieties that we blend together ourselves to give our oil its exceptional properties. I have now taken over from my father’s farm. Jean-Charles Arizzi, our producer, will harvest olives from around 8,200 olive trees. The 3 types of olives that are blended to create this unique oil are the Frantoio, the Aglandau, and the Picholine olives. Grown with family traditions at the heart of each fruit.
