“I love this range, I tried this range, lived with it and it’s amazing, but that’s not the bit that has me really passionate about this launch.

Its the fact that Lush took their time and did this right. I remember two three years ago, talking with them about their range and diversity.

They said they were hiring the right people, that they would take their time and get it right and not be rushed just to be seen to be doing the right thing. And here we are - with a range that is only just the beginning. This is how brands and commercial spaces should behave, making spaces for people to tell their own stories, create - @Lushhairlab_sarah with these products and my self with this film and launch.

The film in its self is a love letter from me, and Sarah to black hair and our culture.

The colours , textures, tones, and even music are all ode to my Grandparents home and up bringing. It’s a nod to traditions found across the diaspora.

It’s the warmth of deep laughs, round thighs and Selfcare all while comfortably protected and nestled.”
