Especially in this social media age, you’re constantly overwhelmed with information. There’s a lot to take in and think about. In these times when things don’t seem as simple as they should be and it all feels a bit crazy, going out and enjoying nature helps me to refresh and keep calm. Seeing the leaves turn golden and then playing with them as they fall, feeling the start of another new season.
