I remember it, like it was yesterday !! • • Back from the World Championships in Perth 1998. February we were resting. But impossible not to go to the water. 😉 Fun chill out enjoy freedom in the water 💦🤪 – @insep_officiel with my BestFriend @ktipass and my diver Friend @gilles Emptoz-Lacote . – I do this movement like “HoulaUp” but above all a feeling of “No limit” for the body 😁.. First underwater, then letting my feet rise (vertically) out of the surface .. And it is Gilles who says to me: “but go ahead and try to stay up” – I answer him first : that it’s too hard it’s not possible 🤔..... – BUT I try .. I look for them press ... I stay a little but I fall ... then start again and start again & again 😅 .... !!!! • – Finally that was one of my biggest elements of my next solo. And this twist marked a whole generation .. ☺️ Today some people are picking it up without knowing its origin .. 😜 I’m proud and very happy because it remains a big difficulty in our sport. That said i have seen girls go up and down with this twist but not stay up yet ...
