If you’d like to give it a try and prepare this mouthwatering matcha dessert at home, here’s the recipe:

INGREDIENTS
.
Marshmallow:
80g Water
150g Sugar
100g Corn syrup
6 Sheets gelatin
7g Matcha
Pinch of cornstarch

DIRECTIONS:
.
1. Combine 300g dark chocolate and 200g heavy cream in a bowl and melt it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
2. When the chocolate is melted, pour it in the silicone mold and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
3. Soak the 6 gelatine sheets in cold water.
4. Combine 150g sugar, 80g water, 100g corn syrup in a pot until it boils. Once it starts to boil, turn the heat off and cool it down.
5. Put soaked gelatine sheets in a bowl and whip in medium speed for 5 minutes while pouring the syrup slowly.
6. Add 7g matcha and whip at low speed until it is mixed.
7. Mix cornstarch and matcha (for powdering).
8. Sprinkle some of the matcha-starch powder on the molds and pipe out half of the matcha marshmallow. Then put hard ganache in the marshmallow.
9. Cover the ganache with marshmallow and sprinkle some of the matcha-starch powder on top. Leave it at room temperature for 5 hours.
