She has been one of the most prominent, popular, and worshiped Goddesses in Egyptian Culture. She has many traits and I appreciate her mothering nature, her beauty, her dancing, her joy in life, her connection to Sirius, her fertility, her nurturing, her love, her sexuality and her connection to the Sun and Sky. She is the goddess of mothers, women, and women's physical and psychological well-being. She is the goddess of dance, beauty, and music. She is the personification of joy, goodness, celebration, and love. She was associated with the sky, the movement of planets, Venus, birth, and rebirth after death, as well as the cyclical rejuvenation of the entire cosmos. I give thanks to the Great Goddess Hathor. She has inspired me in many ways to embody the true Divine qualities within me. To love myself for everything that I am.
