I’m not a health guru or fitness coach. All I can go by is what works for me, my knowledge and experience during my pregnancy so far and listening to my body as I go. Being open to pregnancy myths ( cos hey sometimes they can be true lol) and learning a shit load on what some of the professionals are saying and learning about what has been debunked.

I do believe that when it comes to workouts like weightlifting, if you haven’t started or even done any of that before pregnancy, take it easy man, but don’t be afraid of it. Have a professional train u. For me my body is ok because it’s used to it, it’s been trained that way years before I got pregnant and so I’ve continued that throughout my pregnancy and of course getting my docs approval is important. So I’m all good and am grateful I could continue. For me it’s helped my energy, mental, overal maintenance of my body tone, kept my weight where it should be ( cos for me I choose to not go over the weight that’s recommended) and it feels good to keep strong. Also, it helps prevent gestational diabetes!! Happy to say I passed that! Yay! Baby also has major benefits, cardiovascular and immune system wise. Go all u pregoers out there! U all rock regardless!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
