All of us are trying to achieve something or the other in our lives. Eventually what happens is that we get so occupied and we forget about the joy felt in little things.

During this small getaway to Hilton Shillim, I got a chance to reconnect with nature. I took long walks, did meditation and yoga practise, also shot a yoga video for my Youtube channel (YES I’m launching my channel next weekend). Now when I’m back to Mumbai, I feel how important it is to give ourselves that vacation which brings you back to your soul. Coz no matter how much you grow, success on the outside is not complete without success from within 💕
